What exactly do I get?

Finished files you own. For UGC, ready-to-post videos of up to 15 seconds for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. For iGaming, dealer, host and loop clips ready for your team to integrate. For Amazon, the main image, gallery images, A+ Content or listing video you choose, per ASIN.

How fast will I get my first videos?

On UGC plans, each order is delivered complete in 3 to 5 business days from your brief. iGaming and Amazon timelines depend on the package, and we confirm them before you pay.

How is it priced?

UGC is on subscription, from $77 per video, with a 3-video pilot to start. Amazon is a fixed price per ASIN, from $315. iGaming is priced per game package: tell us about your game and we define the package and the price together.

Do I need to ship samples or organize a shoot?

No. We work from your brief, your brand files and your product photos. For Amazon we check the product against your photos so it stays accurate.

What if it is not right?

Every UGC video includes a round of revisions, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and the 3-video pilot lets you test the format before you commit. On Amazon we confirm the scope by email before you pay.
